Terms of Service

One written appearance breakdown, prepared from the photograph and context you provide, delivered by email within 24–72 hours of payment. One payment buys one report about up to three photographs of you.

It is an opinion, not a diagnosis. Nothing we send is medical, dental, dermatological or surgical advice, and we do not recommend or refer procedures. Speak to a qualified professional before acting on anything that affects your health.

Appearance is subjective. We tell you what we honestly think would make a difference; we cannot promise anyone else will agree, or that following it produces any particular outcome.

You must be 18 or over, and the photograph must be of you. Do not upload photographs of other people, and do not upload anything illegal. We may decline a submission that breaks these rules, or that we cannot write a useful report about.

You keep all rights to your photograph. You give us permission to use it only to write your report, as described in the privacy policy. Your report is yours to use however you like.

This is a small operation and every report is rewritten before it is sent, so capacity is limited and the service may pause. If we cannot deliver your report, we will tell you.
